Custom order
If you have fallen in love with a piece of jewelry from Free Mind Jewelry but it's not in stock, you can place a custom order.
Shipping of items for custom orders takes place within 3-8 weeks, due to the production cycle of each piece of jewelry taking 1-4 weeks. We then send the finished jewelry to the Portuguese assay office, and only after that do we dispatch your order to you.
We allow a bit more time for the production of custom orders to avoid unforeseen situations. However, we will make every effort to fulfill your order as quickly as possible!
If you have selected several pieces that are in stock but have a custom order item in your cart, the shipment of the entire order will be based on the production timeline of the custom order! So, if it's important for you to receive the in-stock items more quickly, please place two separate orders!
Custom orders are only possible with 100% payment for the chosen item!
